2018 CTMS Tainan Automatic Machinery Exhibition was held at Commercial Exhibition Center Tainan (CECN). This time, the exhibition was further developed intelligence manufacturing industries exhibition and the Industry 4.0 was actively promoted. Through the exhibition platform, the industry and the public can know more of the Industry 4.0, can upgrade local industries and promote machinery business opportunities. Cincom Miyano Taiwan’s southern distributor, JuzFong participated in this event, exhibiting CITIZEN, MIYANO’s latest CNC turning and milling machines, with Baoje’s tool in the demonstration of CNC turning tool processing applications.

JuzFong displayed Citizen Miyano BNJ51 in the exhibition, BNJ51 can processes overlap control with main spindle processing combined with separate sub-spindle movement, eccentric collet enables complex machining of eccentric parts processing. It makes easy side milling through the Y-axis function of main turret, which enables machining of large-diameter screws and/or uneven parts that was impossible to conduct by conventional machines. This Citizen Miyano BNJ51 is installed with Baoje tools: Baoje Turning tool: T659-3V1A3-5, Baoje Threading tool: i659-3V1A3-7 and Baoje toolholder: BJA-25-06-90WB to demonstrate machining application.
