BJ Team was delighted to welcome representatives from VEMAS S.R.L. to BJ Cutting Tool Headquarter.
Mr. Francesco Favaro and Mr. Andrea Favaro, CEOs of the esteemed Italian cutting tool distributor VEMAS S.R.L., personally visited our facilities. During their time here, they toured our on-site production, technical research, Quality Control and administration departments.
The visit provided an opportunity for the VEMAS team to gain insights into BJ’s systematic approach to cutting tool system design and to understand how our high-grade CNC cutting tools can enhance machining efficiency.
Established in 1988, VEMAS S.R.L. Trade Tools Company has nearly 40 years of experience as a leading distributor of cutting tools, and related parts from renowned global brands. Leveraging its extensive expertise and technical capabilities, VEMAS is committed to providing exceptional products and services to local customers. Recently, VEMAS implemented a fully automated digital storage system, ensuring real-time stock visibility and eliminating out-of-stock issues. This innovative system guarantees timely product delivery, effectively addressing local customers’ machining challenges and reducing their costs.
It was a pleasure to welcome the VEMAS team for an on-site visit. Our teams engaged in productive discussions, fostering a strong mutual understanding. During the meeting, BJ presented the design and specialized applications of our systematic CNC cutting tools using engaging 3D animation videos. We also showcased several custom cutting tool solutions and detailed how BJ cutting tools enhance rigidity through innovative design. VEMAS CEO, Mr. Francesco, and Mr. Andrea provided valuable insights and suggestions regarding the specific characteristics of the Italian market and its competitive landscape.
