Metalloobrabotka is the biggest machining exhibition in Russia. Every year, this exhibition is held in Moscow at the ZAO Expocentre Krasnaya Presnya, one of the top ten trading centers in the world. Participants from 33 different countries attend this exhibition. Among them, 66% come to find business partners and 44% to find suitable suppliers. This year’s exhibitor included Suntools, who represented Baoje tools.

Because of existing restrictions on product exportation from Europe and Japan to Russia, there was an opportunity for Taiwan to enter Russia’s machining market. During the past years, Taiwan’s presence in Russia in relation to the machining market has considerably increased. Currently, Taiwan is the 4^th largest supplier in the machining field in Russia. Given all those restrictions, Russia’s government has decided to promote the machining industry in Russia to attend a higher level. Thus, Taiwan’s part and assemble companies have another opportunity to introduce their products in the Russian market.

Suntools exhibited several tools related to CNC machining, including Baoje boring tools. Baoje provides turning tools, backturning tools, grooving tools, face-groove, threading tools and special boring tools. The local end users, after understanding the use of Baoje tools and their convenience, showed great interest in our tools.
